Wonderful experience. Called JR Garage Door and Svcs to have two new garage doors installed in my new house in Upper Marlboro, and Samantha was great in explaining all options and possible discounts. Once we settled on a plan, Clayton was able to squeeze in my installation and did it very well and explained all the functionality to me, even made some very good suggestions (e.g., not to use LED bulbs next to the motor/antenna since they interfere with transmission from the remotes). One thing I would recommend if you're having new garage doors installed is to have at least 1-2 cans of WD40 handy since the new equipment will need to be well lubricated.
